PERMANENT
8 May 2003. Early Bracewell documents in printed form received from Carey Bracewell.
7 May 2003. The Braswell Library is launched. Much of the material pertains to North Carolina and Tennessee. That's the states that my ancestors were from so most of my records are from those states. I appeal to all the cousins to pitch in and add info from the other states.
4 Apr 2003. The Braswell Index was halted in 1999 because of a lack of further input. You might say that the Index is no good as DNA says we are not all related to the Rev. Robert Bracewell. Well, someone is. Plus, it's still the only easy way I can think of to identify our ancestors. Think of the index number as a social security number. Nona Williams has contributed the lineage of William 1433 which has been added to the Index.
